By accessing and using the CDSGeoToolbox platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

CDSGeoToolbox provides geospatial and climate analysis services, including but not limited to:

• Climate Vulnerability Assessment (VMC): Automated climate vulnerability assessment using satellite data and predictive models
• Carbon Stock Assessment (NbS): Analysis of carbon stocks and capture potential in nature-based solution projects
• Generation of technical reports and geospatial visualizations
• Access to historical data and climate projections

3. User Registration and Account

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your contact information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

By using CDSGeoToolbox, you agree to:

• Use the services only for legitimate and legal purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
• Not interfere with the normal operation of the services
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Not resell or redistribute the services without authorization

5. Payments and Billing

CDSGeoToolbox services are subject to fees that are charged according to the type of analysis requested. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• You provide valid and current payment information
• You authorize the charge to your selected payment method
• You acknowledge that payments are securely processed through Stripe

Prices are subject to change with prior notice. We do not offer refunds once the analysis has been processed and the report generated, except in cases of proven technical error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and functionality of CDSGeoToolbox are owned by CDSGeoToolbox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Reports and analyses generated for you are your property, but the methodology, algorithms, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of CDSGeoToolbox.

Original Data Restriction: CDSGeoToolbox does not provide access to original satellite data, raw images, or unprocessed datasets. All services deliver only processed results (PDF reports, visualizations, statistical analyses) to comply with legal and data licensing restrictions. Any attempt to extract, download, or access original data is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Accuracy and Limitations

Analyses and reports provided by CDSGeoToolbox are based on satellite data, climate models, and recognized scientific methodologies. However:

• Results are estimates based on the best available information
• We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of data or projections
• Analyses should be interpreted by qualified professionals
• We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on our reports
• We recommend field validation for critical projects

8. Limitation of Liability

CDSGeoToolbox shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control
• Investment or planning decisions based on our analyses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
• Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if:

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
